'HushHarbor started with an ambition: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to Lyon. Established by the Bianchi household in 1985, we were a quaint pizzeria with age-old family recipes.

Marco Bianchi, the pioneer, honed her pizza craft by learning from Neapolitan experts, where pizza originated. After her journey through Italy, she was committed to offering an authentic Italian pizza experience using time-tested processes and select ingredients in the UK.

Our once small 12-seater has evolved into a cherished neighborhood gem, but our dedication to high-quality, genuine pizza stays strong. We uphold traditional wood-fired oven practices, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and insist on the best ingredients available.

Now, 'HushHarbor' is still in the family, with the Bianchi lineage steering the team. Embracing new techniques without compromising our essence, we pride ourselves on delivering the joy of authentic pizza to our community.
