This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website at hushharbor.click, our mobile application, or directly at our physical store at 176 Avenue Jean Jaurès, Lyon, 69007, France.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it by calling us at +33 4 72 76 73 73. If the order has not yet been prepared, we will be happy to cancel it and issue a full refund in your original payment method.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an incorrect order or if your food is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at +33 4 72 76 73 73. We will promptly arrange for a re-delivery of the correct or replacement item at no additional cost or issue a full refund in € to your original payment method.

Quality Concerns

We take pride in the quality of our pizzas. If you're not satisfied with the taste or quality of the food you've received, please notify us within 2 hours of receiving your order. We will need a brief description of the issue and, if possible, photographic evidence. After review, we will provide a refund or store credit at our discretion. Store credit will be valid for one year from the date of the original order.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we cannot accept physical returns. However, if you have concerns about the food you've received, please refer to the Quality Concerns section above.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account. This time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
